Talk about an artist that makes you feel lazy. At only 18, Vienna I is releasing her new single Blank in Space from her second EP – RYDA. Second!
If Blank in Space is any indication, we’re in for a real treat with the release of the full EP. The song blends influences from R&B and alternative pop for a powerful and emotive package that explores the dichotomy between overworking yourself and the peace that comes from it afterwards.
RYDA is a bit of a welcome surprise with Vienna I’s previous EP XVIII released only in December 2022 to widespread acclaim. Her single Questions even got the attention of Spotify, featuring her in an editorial playlist.
Vienna I very much feels like the artist you’ll be able to tell your friends you liked before she blew up and gives a lot of promise for the future of UK music.
